Terms & Conditions of Website Use, Delivery, Returns & Refunds Policy

CONDITIONS OF USE
Welcome to KnockMySocksOff.co.uk. KnockMySocksOff is a trading name of Numeriq Ltd who provide their services to you subject to the following conditions. If you visit or shop at KnockMySocksOff.co.uk, you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully.

DELIVERY
Customers will normally receive their order within 7 working days if the items are in stock, otherwise orders may take up to 14 days, due to print processing timescales. Delivery costs start from £3.00 for UK deliveries and are based on weight of all items purchased. We can ship up to 30kg within the UK or up to 2kg for international orders.

If you require faster delivery or delivery of items above the maximum weights indicated above, please contact KnockMySocksOff on 0131 208 0755 so we can arrange priority printing / alternative delivery services with you.

In addition to this policy you have added protection
as a consumer as follows:

Consumer Protection (Distance selling) Regulations 2000
Right to withdraw

You have the right to withdraw from your agreement to purchase, but this right ends seven days after the date we deliver the products to you. You will not have to pay for any products and any amounts you have been charged will be repaid to you by way of a credit to your account within seven days.

HOWEVER, we may have delivered (or dispatched) the products you have ordered. In this circumstance, you must return the products to us and pay the costs in doing so. To avoid this, we recommend that you advise us as soon as possible if you wish to exercise this right to withdraw. If you wish to withdraw, contact us at info@knockmysocksoff.co.uk

Any products returned must be received by us in the same condition and, to the extent possible, in the same packaging as when we delivered them to you.

We will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on this site. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of KnockMySocksOff, or in the case of artwork for sale it is the property of the respective artists selling their artwork via this site.

Visitors may submit suggestions, ideas, comments, questions, or other information, so long as the content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable and does not consist of or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of “spam”. RISK OF LOSS
All items purchased from KnockMySocksOff.co.uk are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

PRODUCTS AND PRODUCT INFORMATION
KnockMySocksOff has made every effort to ensure that all product information held on this website is accurate. Information, including images and specification, is derived from third party sources. Therefore we cannot be held responsible if this information is not completely accurate.

Colours are representative and may not reflect exact shades. Colours are subject to change. The customer accepts that colour differences can occur in any product when it is being viewed and compared on a computer screen . The customer accepts that they will have no right to reject the product on the basis of minor colour differences.

We reserve the right to change and remove any item from the catalogue at any time.

PRICING
With respect to items sold by KnockMySocksOff, we cannot confirm the price of an item until you order; however, we do NOT charge your credit card until after your order has entered the shipping process. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items on the site may be mispriced. If we discover a mispricing, we will do one of the following:

If the correct price of an item is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and ship you the item.
If the correct price of an item is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
Please note that this policy applies only to products sold and shipped by KnockMySocksOff.
